District 31 covers most of eastern Durham County, including the rapidly developing space betweenDurham and Raleigh which is rapidly developing. It includes people of all walks of life and economic backgrounds. As the area grows, we must develop in a sustainable manner that gives people the greatest opportunities, living up to the ideal that North Carolina is a place where the weak grow strong and the strong grow great.
